Wichai De Hmong

Wichai Kamnerdmongkon turned his family’s old cabbage farm in northern Thailand (1,350m) into a successful coffee farm. The cool climate helps his coffee develop extra sweetness and complexity. As part of the Coffee de Hmong Bio cooperative, he earned Thailand’s top score at the 2024 Cup of Excellence with his honey-processed Java variety, praised for its rich body, bright acidity, and tamarind-like sweetness.
