Grown by Jairo Arcila at Castellon farm, this 100% Gesha microlot underwent a meticulous process: 48 hours of anaerobic fermentation, 24 hours aerobic, and another 48 hours in Grainpro bags before drying on raised beds below 35°C. Gesha, discovered in Ethiopia in 1931, was later planted in Panama (1963) and Colombia (2005).
