Q : Do you guys accept reservations?
A : Check out our "Locations" page to reserve a table with us.
Q : How early do your reservation slots open up?
A : Our reservation slots open two weeks before your intended visit date.
Q : Do you accept reservations for more than 5 pax?
A : For a more comfortable dining experience, we suggest patrons make two separate reservations. Should patrons wish for their tables to be next to each other, please email us at email@example.com.
Q : The time and date of my intended visit is not available.
A : If you are unable to see your intended visit time and date on Chope reservations, this means that we are fully booked for reservations. Alternatively, you may do a walk in instead. We do dedicate tables for our walk in patrons.
Q : How long will you hold my table before releasing it to other patrons?
A : We would only hold your table for 15 minutes. To be fair to all patrons, please be on time as much as possible. We release your table to other patrons if no-show after 15 minutes.
Q : Is there a time limit for dine-ins?
A : We’d like to give as many people as possible an opportunity to dine with us. We seek your understanding in limiting your dining time with us to 75 minutes during peak hours.

Q : What modes of payment do you accept?
A : We are a cashless establishment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayNow, and GrabPay.
Q : Can I do my work/use my laptop at your cafe?
A : We do not restrict the usage of our cafe, but we would strongly discourage you from doing so during peak hours and periods. Our power points are also meant for our operations and not for public usage.
Q : Is there WiFi in your cafe?
A : Yes, just ask any of our staff and they will provide the password to you.
Q : Can I bring my pet to your cafe?
A : Unfortunately, we are not an SFA approved pet establishment, so we cannot accommodate your fur friends.
Q : Do you guys do delivery or pre-orders?
A : We provide delivery and self-pickup of food and drinks through GrabFood only.
Q : Are you guys halal-certified?
A : Unfortunately, all of our outlets are not halal certified.
Q : Do you rent out your space for private events?
A: Yes, we do rent out our spaces. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about such services.
